New Tension Films GmbH is a film production company and script development consultancy set up by Rowan O’Neill and Dirk Morgenstern in 2010. Based in Berlin, we develop high quality feature material in English for the international market, where appropriate co-producing with local partners.

Our first feature, "The Race" starring Colm Meaney and Susan Lynch, was an Irish German co-production between Grand Pictures Ltd and Zero Fiction GmbH developed through our Irish sister company The Race NI Ltd and was released in 2009.
